Overview
With increasing pressure on facility managers to lower energy costs, reduce emissions and improve energy security to meet new regulations and standards, WebEss™ energy management and building performance software is an important tool for ensuring optimal energy efficiency. WebEss™ is an integrated system for measuring and benchmarking the energy performance of buildings. The system can quickly process large quantities of consumption data and produce useful and meaningful reports for the properties under your control.

The buildings we live in and work in, the buildings we are surrounded by are a critical element in improving overall energy efficiency and reducing our environmental impact.

From the office buildings in the city centre to the shopping centres and the rooms we heat in our homes, they all represent a step towards sustainable development.

The WebEss™ system enables assessment of buildings with regards to energy consumption, consumption of renewable energy, emissions calculations, tariff assignment and invoice control. WebEss™ is a tool for performing individual and multiple-site energy audits, while identifying buildings where the most cost savings and energy performance improvements can be realized.

Energy-related costs can be reduced by a minimum of 8-10% annuallu as a direct result of implementing and using the WebEss™ Energy Management System. Energy and cost savings are realized through the follow-up and correction of irregularities and inefficiencies in buildings, which occur throughout the lifetime of a building yet generally go unnoticed until significant costs have been incurred. The WebEss™ system is the basis for reducing energy-related costs, meeting energy and environmental standards as well as improving the quality of buildings for the occupiers.
